Bio
Wendy Viggiano has been a student and a teacher of Middle Eastern Dance for over 20 years. She has studied with Egyptian and Lebanese Masters: Yousry Sharif, Ibrahim Farrah, Mahmoud Reda, Dr. Mo Geddawi, Tito, Raqia Hassan, Faten Salama, Aida Nour, Diana Tarkhan and many others.
Her teaching experience includes Continuing Education programs at private and community colleges and group and individual instruction through fitness clubs, yoga studios and dance studios.
From 1991-1994 Ms. Viggiano was a member of the Yousry Sharif Danse Ensemble, an Egyptian Folkloric Troupe performing throughout the Northeast.
Under the stage name Iliza, she has performed at Middle Eastern nightclubs and restaurants as well as Arabic weddings, holidays, festivals and family celebrations.
